    Not sturdy at allWay smaller than expected and not sturdy or firm at all. Bought for pit ball pit entrance and my 3yo (who is tiny for his age) can t stand on it with out it smooshing all the way down. Would have returned but too much hastle. Not Gym institutional quality but in very good condition regardless. Thanks so much! 4Baby on the move!My 7 month old son is on the move; he's gone from crawling to climbing everything and everyone. We got the Foamnasium toddler step (along with the wedge) as an attempt to help keep him from feeling frustrated and allow him to safely explore his nascent mobility. So far, the step has been great. One caveat: the Foamnasium products do not attach to each other so if you place two of them next to each other, they easily slide apart. This means that you need to be supervising your child (which you'd probably do anyway, right?). There's a little handle on the side of the step (and the wedge) so you could either attach velcro to the two sides and stick them together or even use some kind of a string to hold the two together. I can't comment on the durability of the product, since we haven't used it for too long.Cons: the product is a bit pricey, but not too bad when you compare it to similar items available for purchase.Pros: Overall, this is a good "toy" to help your child develop his/her moving skills. It's fun too! 4Great!Purchased this for my toddler (almost 2 years old) to use as stairs getting in and out of her full size bed. Work well! Recommend! They squish if I stand on them (125 lbs) but are fine for her weight (25 lbs). 5Too squishy too actually support child climbing to barWhen my girls (3 and 5--about 25lbs and 35lbs respectively) stand on this in order to reach our gymnastics bar (the bar is high and set for my 7 year old), this foamnasium toddler step squishes down under the child's weight, and doesn't actually give them enough height to reach the bar. It also doesn't provide enough resistance for them to do a little "jump" to catch the bar. We may return it, but I need to find one with better reviews first. It s softer then I expected, it smooshes when my 5 year old steps on it and he s 33lbs. Works well for crawling child 5Actually purchased for my dogI actually purchased this as an easy to clean option for my small dog to use to climb onto the sofa. It took a little training, because he wasn t familiar with the surface, but he uses it regularly now. I wanted steps that were wider than the usual dog steps, a surface that was super easy to wipe off and that was softer and had no sharp edges, as my dog doesn t have full vision. This fit the bill nicely. 5
