    a little disappointingMy son is really interested in the Titanic so I got him this for Christmas. While the inside parts that you dive for are ok, especially the safe with the "jewels," the ship does not stay afloat on it's bottom and fill up with water before it breaks apart. Instead it falls over sideways immediately and breaks apart before any water even gets inside. He was a little disappointed. 2Actually decent for kids, if you tape up the gaping holes.This actually works good if you tape up the holes that they put in it. My 7 year old son loved it because it would sink slower and break apart at the right moment. He wants another now that he is 9. The tabs on the first one broke and the two halves wouldn't stay together so it got tossed. It got played with a lot before this happened. 4Unique and versatile play set! Kids love it!My kids are really into Titanic history right now but every Titanic toy we could find was either too expensive or very breakable or required intense assembly (such as those made from Lego-style blocks). This toy is perfect! This is a unique item that also helps teach history. My kids have had fun showing me how the Titanic hit the iceberg, where it hit, and how, precisely, the ship sank. In addition, this toy is great because kids can use it in the pool, the bathtub, or outside of the water. 5Shipwreck pool toyOrdered this for our grandson as he is so into the story of the Titanic. He just loves having it sink in the pool and diving down for the 'stacks' at the bottom of the pool. Awesome pool toy for an 8 year old boy!! 5My son is in l ve!My son is 7, about to be 8 and is completely obsessed with the Titanic. He wanted this ship because it breaks and sinks like the Titanic. The treasures inside do nothing for him because he doesn't swim really well and can't dive down but for someone who does like the dive, the funnels are dive sticks, as well as the "treasures". My son sleeps with his, bathes with it and wants me to fill the blow up pool so he can sink it. He loves it!!! 5Floats in the water for a few seconds, fun bath/pool toy. Floats in the water for a few seconds before sinking under. If you remove the funnels of the ship it stays upright, otherwise it flips over, breaks, and sinks. High quality, If you have a kid interested in the titanic, this is definitely a fun toy. You can also sink it just like the titanic by grabbing it to pull out the funnels and break it in half. Comes with a safe including 4 coins, a ring, and a necklace. The shark and skull are also high-quality. Colors for the funnels are red, and very dark green at the top. Colors for the ship are red at the bottom, very dark green. in the middle, and white at the top. 5Broken right away Our Titanic does not stay together at all. You have to hold it together to put it in the water. Once it is placed in the water, it is already broken apart, completely defeating the purpose. My son was so excited about this toy and spent his own money on it, only to have it not work as described. 2Does not break in half when placed in waterMy son is pretty disappointed that the ship does not break in half when placed into water. It simply turns over on its side, intact, and then either goes upside down or sinks. Refuses to break apart. On the plus side it s an okay toy just to play with and the shark, skull, smokestacks, and treasures make good scavenger hunt items in a pool. Overall, could be worse but doesn t do what it promises to do. 2This is an awesome bath toy for my boysThis is an awesome bath toy for my boys. We've had it for about a year now. They love it and anyone who comes over for a play date who sees it loves it too. The kids are really into the Titanic movie and I often play the soundtrack while they take their bath. They are like wrinkled prunes because they never want to get out of the tub! They make the ship sail and then dramatically make it tip and break apart. Well made toy. It's been banged around for a year now at our house and still looks great. I just logged on to Amazon to order another one for a birthday gift for one of the kids who always asks to play with it when he's at our house! 5Nice concept but wont stay together to even carry aroundNice concept but wont stay together to even carry around. Disappointed in that. When he plays with it, its only with half of it since it cant be played with as a whole. He was so bummed. It is hard plastic, would be perfect for bathtub. I don't recommend this unless there is a way to make it stay together and come apart also. 3
