    You get what you pay forIt is a very inexpensive item and consequently it did not hold up very well. 2Don't buy golf clubsThis toy is just junk. The heads of the clubs fall off quickly. I play golf so of course I want my lad to play.This set has large, colorful golf balls, a golf bag and clubs. Everything is made of light-weight plastic which makes it easy for the young one to swing the club. I am amazed how far he hits the ball from time to time. Maybe he's a little Tiger Wood!The brightly colored components are great when clean-up time comes. They are easy to spot from a distance. The set is pretty small so I think we will outgrow this quickly but right now, it fits my 3 yo perfectly. 4Colorful, light-weight, well-designedThis turned out to be the perfect gift to give two little boys who were celebrating their birthday at the same party. I remember their father (my nephew) when he was little and he loved golf, so this was particularly appropriate for me to give his 4 and 2 year olds.Although there are 3 clubs, the game is really designed for two little kids to play. The clubs are light and easy to grasp, all the pieces are plastic and colorful and everything is self-contained in the wheeled golf bag. Both little boys loved it but only the elder actually plays it the way it's designed to be played and understands the purpose and instructions. The younger brother is too young but feels included. Unfortunately, he's more likely to use the club as a weapon or a tool to hit things with. 5Daddy-toddler connectionLove it! There are things moms do with kids and things dads do, and they are not the same thing. Moms look for teaching moments. Dads just want to hit a ball with a stick. This toy works for dads.I'm not kidding. I've been a mom for 30 years, and I observed how dads play with little kids, and this is it. If you give a dad a toy like this, their inner child comes out. Swinging a little plastic stick and whacking a ball towards a cup is the kind of activity enjoyed by two kinds of people in the world -- little kids and their dads. It's an entertaining thing to watch. There is plenty of enthusiasm on both sides, and I can just see the bond building between them. It's that kind of toy.The toy provides another activity besides hitting a ball, and that is dragging around a cool-looking golf bag on big orange wheels. It's a different shape than our other wheeled toys. It is long and narrow and you can put things in it. The handle is just the right height for a little child who recently learned to walk. It has to tip while you pull it, so that's another concept for a child to get. After mastering walking, a child is ready to learn tricks like tipping and dragging. It's all part of exploring their world.The toy is plastic, but it is sturdy enough for the purpose for which it is intended, which is to entertain these two people while I fix dinner. 5really flimsy and smallThe product indicates it is for 3 years and up. My son is 18 months and not the target age, but I don't see how this would work very well for a 3 year old. The product is not that industrial and pretty small. It seems to be the right height for my child who likes to push the golf bag around. The clubs are really flimsy; one head is close to falling off. The balls are very light weight, and small enough to become easily lost. The golf set is plastic so realism really isn't a high priority - bigger golf balls would have been appreciated. The bag doesn't stand up very easily. if you are storing the balls on the side, one hand must be used to steady the bag or it will topple. The putting cups with flags are designed about as poorly as the clubs. Ultimately, I'm not too impressed with this. If your kid likes to push things, the plastic golf bag is the best part, but I'd spring for a fake toy vacuum if that is the case. 2Sub-par constructionThree days into playing with this and the nephew has broken everything and the kid isn't even abusing it. Construction of the clubs is sub-par (pun intended). You're going to need a hot glue gun to keep up with the breaking heads. The set is very small so consider that before purchasing. Not happy with it. 2Tee TimeI selected this because I personally play golf and thought this would make a cute toy for friend's boy. It is constructed of a solid, well made plastic and is a very attractive blend of blue, red and orange colors. There are four toddler sized clubs and wedges, and a couple flags that fit into an actual rolling golf cart. The child really gets a kick out of knocking the balls around and wheeling the cart across the yard. My friend said he will eventually take his boy to an actual putting range. The golf set seems very well made and should last for a long time. This is a great introduction to golf for a toddler! 4
