- The horn is made of metallic lame fabric and approximately 5.5 inches tall. The elastic band with the flower & tulle embellishment can easily be removed from the horn and used as a hair accessory (e.g., tie your hair in a ponytail with a hair tie, then put this elastic band over the ponytail hair tie). The gold headband is adjustable to fit most children and adults (recommended for ages 2 and up).
